I used to have a hard time finding jewelry making supplies. Yes, I used to make jewelry. It was a lot of fun. Turning an old, badly designed necklace into lots of beautiful earrings and selling those off for a profit.
It wasn't easy back then to get the castings, the earring hooks, hoops and all the findings I needed for jewelry making. It took quite a bit of detective work back then. Then I got hooked onto semi precious gemstones. I had to have those for my jewelry creations. You can imagine just how much my hobby would have cost me if not for the help I got from friends and family to sell off my creations. Even had them showcased in a shop that belonged to a relative's friend.
